well i am back in it. today is tuesday, january 5th and i am into my new year's plan. i probably gained about 4 or 5 pounds throughout the thanksgiving and christmas holidays, but i am leveling back out and ready to get down between 132 and 135 so that means losing approximately 7-10 lbs. Might be a little too much or too ambitious, but thats what i'm going for right now. December 31st i started eating right again and today i started the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. It says you can lose 20 lbs in 30 days, which i'm not sure i believe, but i definitely don't need that either....half of that would work for me. I am also signed up for monday night yoga/pilates for runners and will try to get to the gym 3-4 days a week for running. Getting to the gym is definitely harder for me in the winter since work is busier now, i am not in maraton training anymore and the weather just makes me want to stay at home, but anyway. I have a party in London on Febuary 13th and a trip to Costa Rica on March 6th, so it is definitely - GAME ON!
