So I'm in the bad habit of weighing myself everyday. I know I know I know. But I'm so curious about my weight. Sometimes I feel crazy heavy, but really I've lost, and other days I feel thin, and I've gained.

I think my stress level has helped me lose weight, but also brought back my bad habit of stress eating. I didn't have a snack today, so I went scavenging around the office. I found wafer cookies that were 150 calories for 8. They were these little bite sized wafer cookies with lemon flavoring. They didn't satisfy my sweet side, but they were delicious. So I was excited that I found something delicious. Oh and I only ate 4. I didn't want to overdo it. They weren't in the food database, so I added them. It was only 2 points. I no longer feel guilty.

I'm getting into the habit of Wii Fit-in' it up every night, and cooking things out of my Hungry Girl cookbook. I'm starving at this point, and I've got 20 minutes left of work. I want to bolt out of the door. My banana for breakfast was rotten, I let it sit for too long, so I didn't have breakfast. That one little banana really sets the pace for the rest of the day. Now I want to gnaw off my arm in response to my hunger. I suppose I'll refrain.

So, I will weigh in soon. But I like to think the real "weekly" Wednesday weigh is the only one that truly counts. Everything else in between is simply a tease, or a kick in the butt. One or the other.

So on that note, my first 5 of 2010.

4. New recipes that are tasty and healthy
3. The Cowboys playing Saturday night in the Playoffs!!
2. Trying to plan a vacation to Disney World!
1. Buying TWO pairs of jeans in a smaller size (I have wore the same big ole size for the past year and a half)

you're 1st paragraph used to be me in a nutshell. it takes a lot of time and training to stop weighing urself everyday. try starting with weighing yourself every other day! P.S. To your #3 - Go EAGLES!! :)
