I don't know if I'm going to be able to make it to the gym tonight. I know I really should but I have a big exam tomorrow that I need to spend time studying for. Goals for today: Eat only what I need to and don't over do it. Finish all my homework for classes tomorrow and do my best to make it to the gym. Oh and no snacks!

Think of it this way, 30 minutes working out will give you more energy and make you more mentally alert so you can study better.

Alexa--I promise that even if you only did 30 minutes on the elliptical, you would feel so accomplished! I always have reasons why I don't want to go to the gym (and I please know that I am NOT trying to desensitize the fact that you're in school and need to study) but if you really just only took 30 minutes out, it makes a world of difference! Make the gym part of your new lifestyle..you'll feel fantastic!
