Yesterday I was extremely naughty!

I can't even record my food of yesterday - had so much junk food, now all the cravings passed and I carry on as if nothing happened.

Anybody trying any weight loss supplements? I started with USN Phedra Cut - but I am shaking, so I guess there goes my R 450 down the trash!
