Weekend is good. My knee is now pain-free and I would like to thank Aussie Elise for the good advice and my for his diligence in ensuring that I did not hurt myself again during exercise. I am satisfied with weight gain given my 1100 calorie splurge at dinner. I am still learning a lot in regards to health and weight loss but I have time which I will use wisely
