Girls will understand this : pms = carbs, lots of it!
Low carb diet works, but today I have a craving for something sweet and full of carbs.......out of the blue, one of my co-workers have a birthday and brought sausage rolls, carrot cake, samosas. I wish I could kick my own arse.....had a little bit of everything!
This guilty feeling is now also taking away the joy from eating this wonderful snacks. Overeating is definitely a mind thing, not just a physical thing.
