Over the last month i have averaged about 2lbs a week. So I am down total by 78.5lbs. My overall measurement loss is 52.25 inches, of which 13.25 is my waist. So I am not going to complain at all. I have 30lbs to go unless i change my goal weight by 5lbs. If i do that then i will have only 25lbs more to go.
