11158 steps yesterday!!! I was quite pleased. So pleased I forgot my pedometer at home today. GGRRRR!!! Still struggling with the food intake. Leaving the house at 06:40 and not returning to 21:10 makes for a long day and ordering pizza was too easy (much easier than starting to prepare a meal). I usually pre-cook for long days. Will have to ensure I do that from now on.
