Made my five pound goal for November! So close to 40 pounds now; that is such a major accomplishment for me. I have never lost 40 pounds before! Still have about 15 to lose (at least) but I am just thrilled and so thankful for Atkins, Low GI research, wonderful low sugar/carb cooks who have shared their information. Thank you all!
