Trying to drink more water this week is my goal but its so hard for me. Plain water is gross!! Only have a little over a week left for my first college semester here at the new university. It's been amazing and I'm beginning to feel totally balanced and happy. My depressing and anxiety seems to be lower (stress of course is the same lol) but I'm beginning to look forward for each day even if I do have to go to work that day. I'm going to put my new diet and eating habits for this new change cuz I'm thinking if u eat junk you feel like junk and the weight loss totally bumped up my self esteem as well :) of course I couldn't do any of it without support from awesome people on here and in real life! Thank you!
