Trying to drink more water this week is my goal but its so hard for me. Plain water is gross!! Only have a little over a week left for my first college semester here at the new university. It's been amazing and I'm beginning to feel totally balanced and happy. My depressing and anxiety seems to be lower (stress of course is the same lol) but I'm beginning to look forward for each day even if I do have to go to work that day. I'm going to put my new diet and eating habits for this new change cuz I'm thinking if u eat junk you feel like junk and the weight loss totally bumped up my self esteem as well :) of course I couldn't do any of it without support from awesome people on here and in real life! Thank you!

You can always do something like get lemon juice and put a little bit into your water, or something like MiO that flavors your water. At least until you are able to drink more water by itself.

True also Crystal Light makes some yummy flavors. But gotta have money for those :-P which the whole money part to buy the good stuff I have been slacking in! :) So until I get paid I just have to suffer and drink plain 'ol water :( lol
