got down to 146! today I think it was 147..and Im afraid it may be 148 tomorrow been so hungry..and tired. Today I ate oatmeal...and frito pie...so far...very tired not working out as much..gym membership just ran out...measurements for today are 29/41...thats a waist to hip ratio of .7 which is ideal i learned but i think it should be with smaller numbers.
