I haven't had a lot of computer access lately. I have nearly emptied the pantry and was eating up the last of the carbs. I have one boxed meal left, the hamburger helper, which I will finish off tonight. Today wouldn't have been so bad if I had been able to make breakfast, but I ran out of time. I was planning on having Spinach and Bacon eggs. Had I cooked breakfast, I wouldn't have gone to the cafe at work. I wouldn't have thought that I wasn't feeling great today and just wanted toast and bacon, and I wouldn't have seen the strange new soda on display. Not that I am trying to avoid blaming myself. I do blame myself. I didn't stick to the plan.

I haven't had the snack yet. But I figure I really better because if I don't I will totally be far to short on calories today.
