hello all,
Just wanted to let you guys know that i am still here..am working out as much as i can but this morning i got on the scale and it showed i had gained .6lb and it bothered me so when i got off work, i went to the gym and worked out. I am going to try to get back into it as i do really miss working out. i need to get my act together and my schedule straight so i will have at least 4 hrs a week at the gym. Some how some way i am going to lose the last 32lbs if it kills me...
Later...now its time for school work.
