My first journal entry of the new year! Things are going pretty well. I weighed 187 this morning...which is pretty much where I was a month ago, before the New York trip, but that's okay. That means that I made it through the trip and then the holidays without blowing it! I'm still on course, and still down 46 lbs from when I started in June. I haven't done my elliptical in two weeks, but tomorrow morning it's back on the daily agenda (at least 4 times per week). I have been doing Wii Fit every day since Christmas. Not as good a cardio workout as the elliptical, but it's definitely helping me to use different muscles. I have to work on encorporating it into my daily routine...at least 30 minutes per day of some kind of Wii Fit activity. I still have more weight to lose, but I'm most of the way there and at this point I'm more concerned with toning up a bit and lowering my body fat percentage.
