Because you're the only one of you there is on the whole planet, and YOU get to decide what that's going to look like. Stay the course Amber. 🤔 I get discouraged too when tha scales doesn't do what I want. Especially when I made sacrifices throughout the week. 😡 But what's the alternative? Good work is supposed to be its own reward.💐 (I know my emojis are too much, I just can't stop)

That's a "nothing" gain. You probably ate something that put on water weight. Try cutting out wheat products and dairy.

+Imabuny, Arochom is actually more correct. Carbs are converted into glycogen, and when glycogen is stored in the liver and muscles, the body stores 3-4 grams of water per gram of glycogen.
