I am so confused. I am sad. It was my birthday this week, and I behaved myself. I definitely have a "why did I bother?" feeling about that. My mom says not to get that defeated feeling. But it's hard... disappointing loss last week, and then I gained that and then some.

Stalls in weight loss are frustratingc. But look how far you have come! Long term is where success is found and you're doing that. Just keep at it!

You have lost 86 pounds - the body does and will fluctuate as it adjusts. Stay with your program and focus on feeling well and exercise - it will move again!

Why bother??? Because you're worth it, that's why! Because you are kicking it, big time. Because you're the only one of you there is on the whole planet, and YOU get to decide what that's going to look like. Just look back and remember why you started this journey, and remind yourself of how far you've come. And happy belated birthday!

Stay the course Amber. 🤔 I get discouraged too when tha scales doesn't do what I want. Especially when I made sacrifices throughout the week. 😡 But what's the alternative? Good work is supposed to be its own reward.💐 (I know my emojis are too much, I just can't stop)

That's a "nothing" gain. You probably ate something that put on water weight. Try cutting out wheat products and dairy.

+Imabuny, Arochom is actually more correct. Carbs are converted into glycogen, and when glycogen is stored in the liver and muscles, the body stores 3-4 grams of water per gram of glycogen.
