I have a really bad cold and don't have much of an appetite - I'll force myself to eat some soup, because that is all that sounds somewhat eatable. I wish this cough and the body aches would go away. I know I won't be able to work out in this condition. I hope this doesn't affect my weight loss goal of 1 lb this week.
