Not having a good time, first pink eyes and yesterday and today vomiting.

Now I have read that banting which is high fat, very low carb affects your liver and may lead to this aggressive vomiting.

What diets are you guys on and will you recommend it?

please be carefull with your health dear, you only live once! my diet is just healthy balanced eating (300g veggies, fat, protein and carbs) with caloric intake reduced and loads and load of sports... i'm in my rest-phase right now, but next week im gonna make new plans for my goals in 2017...

I agree about being careful about the keto/banting diets. I think in certain cases they are very successful but I still feel nervous about the very high fat levels in these diets. I think the reducing of carbs, in general, has high merit. I also agree with puhpine that we need good vegies and fresh foods. I know, though, that you are trying to prep yourself for surgery Tanya and you have to lose weight fast? So that must be stressful for you.

Thank you for your support, for the next week I will eat "clean" real foods with calories < 1300 p/day and see how it goes. Have a great healthy weekend
