Wow what a great weekend i did not touch a drop of alcohol so proud first of many weekends to come, i went to the gym on Sunday and did a nice hike with the family is was really good, stuck to my diet and really had fun with it, instead of ignoring the weekend i actually stuck to my diet it was easier than i thought it would be looking forward to see if this constant progress will translate to few kilos on the scale on Thursday. cant wait let the good work continue.
