I'm getting a little off track with my diet... was naughty last night and haven't had breakfast today. >.< Meeting my uncle and cousin for coffee and lunch but before that, I will see how much of the walking trail near the cafe I can do. The views are amazing. Will have to take some pics and post them here when I get back this afternoon/evening. Hope everyone has a great day. =)

Walking in a picturesque setting is absolutely amazing. Pics would be good to see. It is good you are feeling guilty about your eating as it means you are making a conscious effort to try and be good. Something that might help if you do not already have it is a food plan. This will prevent you from getting off track. You can actually choose to leave blank times that are uncertain e.g weekends and instead allocate no more than 500 calories to each meal meaning you can have fun but you have to choose your food choices carefully. Enjoy rest of your weekend

Had an eventful weekend but didn't end up going to the cafe with scenic walk. Well we went there but there was no parking anywhere nearby so we went somewhere else instead. A food plan is a good idea for me since I tend to snack a lot. Well not since I've been trying to stick to a healthier diet but its still a struggle to say no to things. I chose the fish pot pie for lunch at the cafe which was delicious. Was a small serving, about the size of a chinese single serve rice bowl you get at yum cha. Was hardly home over the weekend so have lots of housework to do today! Hope you had a great weekend. =)
