Did really good until right before bedtime. The food demons found me and forced me to have an ice cream float, so no weight loss. Push the restart on another day and work the plan. Keep your eyes on the goal my friends.

Yeah, I have trouble at night with food. I take some meds at night that make me really hungry. For a while I ate bananas but then that was a lot of sugar so not so good. I find it best to boil some eggs before bed and leave them ready to eat. Even peel them as well so you can just grab them in a half-asleep stupor and they get rid of hunger pains. And drink water as well.
