Ahhh, new shoes. I had kind of been not enjoying the walks and runs as much these past couple of weeks. Still getting in my miles,(I try for 25 to 30 per week) just not loving it. Feeling more fatigued than usual at the end. Then, I got a new pair of shoes. I looked at My endomondo account (gps / fitness tracking app) and I had put roughly 575 miles on the ones I had been using!(alternating between 2 pairs)Since I began tracking on May 5 2011. Poor suckers were dead! I did a run with my pup last night and..Oh My God...what a difference! I felt like Tigger, all bouncy and happy! So now I have to remember to switch up the shoes once in a while! Well worth the money. Props to Saucony and Asics...all those miles and the shoes still performed okay. I just had no idea how much "spring" they had lost over these months. Have a good day buddies!
