Ha...expected no loss ...bday, sound of music,restaurants, pubs....a rather great week. So I will take this with a cheeky smile. Running for a few days has definitely helped. Up to 3k run...aiming to be able to do the coveted 5k run eventually.

Good on you Jane. These celebrations are inevitable at times and its good to let loose and spoil ourselves. Keep up the running, you can only get better....

I agree on2it. My entire goal has been to loose weight while still having lifes good times. I know from past experience complete denial only leads to failure. Running is getting better 😊😊😊
