Hi everyone,
I hope you are all doing great!

Yesterday I weighed myself and I was up again. Well, when that happens my beast starts yelling for binge eating. I told him to shut up b/c I DON'T BINGE EAT ANYMORE. And I had a healthy dinner with no binge eating.

Then today I was down below my mini-goal. Hurray!

Now trying to get to 313 so I can be back to where I started in 2006.

Tomorrow I am going to water walk for exercise. I am trying to get below 300 by november so that I can put my doctor into shock for my physical. Before I turned 50 I wouldn't have worried so much about getting there but nowadays I lose weight sooo slowlllyy and hold so much water weight.

cut out salt for the water weight.....and only weigh once a week...there are up days and down days during the week.....lots of water.

Congrats! I'm only recording my Monday & Friday weights, as I accept there's a daily fluctuation. This helps me focus on how well I've done during the week and over the weekends. Salt is in everything, so I try to be cognitive of how much sodium content is in the products I purchase. Unless you are preparing everything you eat yourself, it is a very difficult process. Best of luck in attaining your November Goal.
