Although my BP was looking good while trying a raw food diet, I'm finding my weight is increasing even though my calories are low. Maybe its water weight, I'm not sure, but its increasing daily. It didn't increase until I added potatoes though. I'm switching back to keto and will check my BP for the next few days.

Keto will help with BP once you're in ketosis for a couple of weeks.
