Thanks guys the race at the botanical gardens was cancelled but we did go and do the one at the Monument I nearly died but enjoyed it in the end so will try the one at the botanical gardens this Saturday. A good week to all and all the best with your goal this week :) For the first time in a long time I managed to cheat very little this weekend yipee!!

My goals I am working towards:

Less than 80kg the end of this week
A dress for a wedding I am going to on the 27/08/ (not so formal)
Our year end function on the 03/09 (formal)
