Feeling a little blue today because my man is going to be out of town for 4 days and I have to have a colonoscopy on Monday. Not looking forward to that. Also, it is super hot here and i don't like that. Oh well. I am determined to go work out. Not going to let any excuses work. Help! Here I go!
