Another 5km parkrun done & dusted :) I remembered to stretch more this time to avoid the muscle cramps! I reckon I've beat my time from last Sat. Just waiting for the stats to be uploaded :)

Hi Saskia. Parkrun is a 5km event held worldwide. Its held every Saturday normally at a location convenient to everyone. Just google parkrun. There should be one in your area. They're organized by volunteers and everyone is encouraged to join (free).. Hope this info helps
