Weighed in this morning have gained a 100g. My eating is clean and body is producing ketones as per good positive test this morning. My conclusion is that exercise and muscle rehab is paying dividends.

My PT is also very good to work with so I am happy. He has probably stop at least 4 major injuries I would have had had I chosen to go it solo. EOY Audit at work is almost over so I will have a lot more time to concentrate on cardio from tomorrow.

I hope to review my current progress so far today to see if there is anything I can do better.
