So, I did fairly well today with my food and exercise. However, now I am/was really struggling with wanting some wine. So, I decided to let the scale decide. I've had lots of water in the last couple of hours, but regardless, told my self that if I were under a certain weight, then OK. Get some wine. Well, I was not under that weight by 3.5 pounds. So, no wine it is! That nailed it for me. Sounds like such a silly technique. But thank God it worked! Now I am determined to have only water for the rest of the evening. Phew!
