I am really trying hard to counter my epic fail this past weekend have been good so far this week even with the terrible cold but I am still looking at logging a gain if the scale is anything to go by this morning (sneak preview) :( but I suppose that is part of life I am just disappointed that I let go and cant understand that 1 day can really cause so much havoc although I will not lie I really went overboard :)

leksie is right Black Bee, don't be too hard on yourself. Regardless of the result you must just keep at it and keep inching closer to your goal weight. Hope you feel better soon.
