I am really trying hard to counter my epic fail this past weekend have been good so far this week even with the terrible cold but I am still looking at logging a gain if the scale is anything to go by this morning (sneak preview) :( but I suppose that is part of life I am just disappointed that I let go and cant understand that 1 day can really cause so much havoc although I will not lie I really went overboard :)
