I took a furosemide yesterday, so the scale wasn't truly accurate this morning. Danny's trying to "diet" by starving himself, but he's at least trying. I wish someone cooked for me and made sure I had low fat and sugar content in everything! Oh, to be Oprah with my own personal chef! Anyway, I'm still feeling crappy. I run around and get things done, but there's no zip or zest. I'm so glad for Pilates...Michele's really kind and knows her stuff...a good teacher. I think McGee's trying to unload me since I called Linda over a week ago about them getting on board with CHAMPVA. She said psychiatrists seldom take anything but cash or credit anymore. They're both on vacation and come back July 25; I have an appt to see him July 30th at 4 p.m. with Judy along to sweeten it up. I need to tell Joyce about this. He wants to now get me off Seroquel and alprazolam..I'm thinking the guanfacine he put me on for ADD is the reason I'm so sluggish and feeling the cough more often (almost constantly, esp at night). I'm going to skip it tonight and tomorrow morning and maybe altogether to see if I feel better without it. I feel betrayed by him.
