Fabulous Adele concert, got home late, tired today. Did my best to find dinner items that were "healthy". There is a fresh mex called Blue Water Taco in our area that is super fresh food made to order. Hemmed and hawed over the menu finally chose the least of the evils.

One thing I have to say about being wine free now for 16 days, I didn't realize how much it was improving my joint pain. I feel terrible, bad knee, bad foot hurts every time I walk.

Always a trade off somewhere, have a great day community!
