24 hours might not do it, depending on how crappy your diet has been. I logged a one pound gain after fasting yesterday (the day before was bread and sugar bad). Am fasting again today. I hope you see enough of a drop to energize your resolve ☺

same here. I was away for a month for various reasons, and after I came back to FS I didn't dare to step on the scale. I only dared after three days of wathing my calories again. Welcome back, and yes, you can do it!
