I'm glad to be losing again. Too much staying the same over the last month or so. I only have 9 weeks and a few days to lose some weight. I want to lose as much as possible in that time! I CAN DO IT! Its the perfect amount of time to do the c25k. I got to week 5 before and then I got very sick with what I think was a mild case of H1N1. 3 days of shakes and fevers. That was 6 weeks ago. And I'm just starting to feel better. So its back on the treadmill at least 3 times a week, weights/exercise ball the other days! Can't wait to lose more!
