Thank you to the Fatsecret community for all of the support from my journal entry yesterday!
So it has been a while since I have really thought about food content. Stayed the same weight for the past week. Looked at Carb load, wow must switch to mostly protein and veggies. Have been stuck on Spaghetti O's and hot dogs for dinner (yes I know, processed minimal value).
Still wine free, day 9, what do they say if you can go 3 days you can do anything. I haven't even minded getting up at night to pee since I only drink water. Used to sip wine and watch TV after work, now I sip water.
