Did pretty good on my 4 day trip - stayed in my macros and got in a workout while in Texas ATT stadium aka Cowboy stadium was amazing!

Do my next DEXA testing next week - Excited to see the results from the last 6 weeks!

Is there such a thing as computer or blogger elbow? My arm seem to be hurting from using the computer - not from working out

Yes, its RSI. Repetetive Strain Injury. If you spend a lot of time on the computer.....posture is key! What is a DEXA testing?

Oops. Be very careful and go and see a physiotherapist asap who's understanding RSI. I've been suffering from this for more than 8 years now as I ignored the pain for a very long time. I don't want to scare you, nut Don't try to breave it, it can be helped with proper exercises and awareness.

DEXA is for testing bone density and also highly accurate for body fat and lean mass percentage calculations
