7/17/16 9:23 p.m. One Somnapure, 2 natra sleep pills, forehead resting as usual; toe touch stretching as usual(200 in the morning), 50 drops sleep tincture; cervical collar, lights out @ 9:46pm; blue fitbit:
8:12 hours good sleep and dreams. 1x awake 12 x Restless, awake for 20 minutes. woke up 1:02 a.m. from bad dream. And to pee. Took my premixed scotch whiskey alcohol, Ginger and cherry juice cure. Only Very slight neck pain when I woke up in morning. However, Headache pain soon got bad again, so I took the Turmeric/ginger juice/cherry juice concentrate/magnesium pain cure, which worked fantastic as usual within 30 min.

(still no headache by 12:25pm) (*Cervical spine damage at c4 to c7 causes neck/headache often, but much less with my treatment).
