Well... It can't go smoothly all the time, one have to hit a bump in the road once in a while. I'm quitting tobacco, and I think that it makes me binge on sweets a little bit.
On the other hand, I went to restaurants quite a few times this week and didn't make ideal choices so this might explain that. Probably a bit of water retention too from all the salt in restaurant food and the fact that I can't run. Indeed, I think I kinda overdid myself last week, so my legs have been killing me all week.
I'll get back on track and drop those pounds as fast as I can in order to keep on working on those I've had for too many years.
