Probably should qualify my food diary a bit. I got the Lo-Carb thickburger at Hardees for lunch after church today. No cheese, no ketchup, no mayo. Not sure if the standard entry for that includes the condiments and cheese or not. Still feeling pretty darn good. Bought more canteloupe, apples and sweet potatoes at a produce stand this morning too. Our chickens are graciously laying more eggs to feed my poached egg frenzy each morning after the gym. So, no need to buy any. Nibbling away at my 23 quarts of strawberries we picked on Thursday. I canned some of the berries, made jam for the neighbors and family, and just kept some fresh for nibbling. I might try making a cantelope-strawberry smoothie with ice tomorrow. Seems like that could work. In the meantime, working away at house cleaning. Have a blessed day, all!
