I'm feeling bloated today. After just coffee and toast, I weighed over 1 pound more than I did when I first woke up. At Michael's bending over some jewelry stuff around 3:30 p.m. today, I got queasy and had severe upper abdominal pain that wouldn't go away. I was worried. Hiatal hernia? Gallbladder problem? Pancreatitis? Looked 'em all up on the Internet and the hernia's symptoms seemed most likely. Weird thing is, I wanted to EAT once I came back home...and I ate the pork ribs and chicken thighs with BBQ sauce and honey on them with some greens and fat free rasp/pecan dressing. I still feel odd, and my eyes feel tired, as if I definitely did not get enough sleep last night. Sure would love to SLEEP!
