Had a break from healthy food eating and decided to indulge in some not so good food. Choc mud cake with cream, choc hail etc and didn't feel bad at all! I normally eat good 90% of the time so I figured the odd 10% shouldn't hurt. Time will tell huh?
Who says you can't have your cake and eat it too lol. Moderation or one cheat treat meal I'm hoping won't have an impact on my weight loss plans :/
