Had a break from healthy food eating and decided to indulge in some not so good food. Choc mud cake with cream, choc hail etc and didn't feel bad at all! I normally eat good 90% of the time so I figured the odd 10% shouldn't hurt. Time will tell huh?

Who says you can't have your cake and eat it too lol. Moderation or one cheat treat meal I'm hoping won't have an impact on my weight loss plans :/

I think I'd go mad if I didn't have a little (big) blow out every now and again. One weekend a month is cake time for sure :-)

I actually think if you deprive yourself too much then you'll end up eventually having it anyway and going way off track - I know I do :-) I'm a big believer in a balanced diet, exercise and moderation (when I'm being good and sticking to it myself haha). I'm not so much a believer in the 80/20 rule but 90/10 certainly sounds like a good way to go :-)

I took today off and indulge a bit myself. Although I was celebrating a birthday (not mine).
