Well I made a mistake and bought the majority of my avocados green this time. Now i am having to eat kind of green avocados. They are alright i guess but it just doesnt seem the same...lol

There's some trick for quick ripening...

Put one in a paper bag with an apple. The ethylene gas will ripen it overnight. I've also seen where you can microwave one for 10 seconds, then put it in a bag to cool.

LOL.... I get it Tina. I never imagined that I would take such care and so much time in choosing my avos at the store to ensure that I always had some that were ripe and that they didn't all ripen at once. And the constant juggling from the counter to the pantry in a paper bag, to the fridge.....It's an art! :)

i kind am glad i got the ones that were not ripened all the way even though they really were not all that great eating (it was like an apple). At least i didnt have to eat them too ripe...lol so i guess i will take the good with the bad...

thanks KP but i just changed my pic to one of tats. Unicorns are my favorite thing. This one is a touch up. I got the original tat in 2009.
