I'm ready to go off the rails. I want one day a month where I can eat whatever I want and NOT record it.

I pick the 30th of each month, starting today.

I want two grilled cheese sandwiches on white bread with a bowl of tomato soup. I will finish with a bowl of strawberry ice cream with a banana sliced up in it and sprinkle cocoa powder on the whole thing. The bowl will be a small mixing bowl because a cereal bowl is too small.

That sounds utterly ridiculous.

So I won't.

I started with no sugar and no GMOs and staying below fs RDI for weight loss. Now, I am doing no sugar, no GMOs and eating only on odd days. Except I ate today 😳 It's the 18.2 oz chicken I logged in my diary.

Lol! As I was reading and scrolling on my phone, I kept thinking, "NO! Don't! Not now!". Then I read the end. You sacred me! All or nothing people can't go rogue! If I gave my myself a day, they'd find me semiconscious in the Taco Bell parking lot with empty burrito wrappers and krispy Kreme box in my lap. We can undo a lot in one day.

Really, you'd be ok doing that once a month. IF (emphasis on IF) you can just get right back on track afterwards and it doesn't lead to more of the same.

Jmb is right but the big IF is there. Your big IF is intermittent fasting. Keep your focus!

I am pretty new to this site. I have tears of laughter running down my face at your post, and the response about the taco bell parking lot. I could so be right there with both of you! Just weighed in and gained a little after a good week. Ready to beat the scale to a pulp. Thanks for the laugh, but my makeup is destroyed! Good decision LadyinDenim.
