So I just ate a piece of candy. That has been the FIRST piece of candy that I ate since I started this diet. It was really good. I must not enjoy another piece. Willpower, please come to me!

If there are another other fellow Gleeks out there, what did you think of the fall finale? I personally LOVED it! If you haven't seen it, I will not give anything away. But it made my night.

My legs are killing me today. I don't know if it's because I had to do my walk mostly on grass last night because there were so many puddles on the sidewalk, or if it's a delayed reaction to the Jillian Michaels workout I did the other day, but wow, my knees almost gave out when I was walking down the stairs. Not cool, you know when you lean back in a chair, and you feel like you're going to fall and the fear that comes over you? That's how I felt. Bad news.

1 more pound until my challenge goal of 10lbs before 2010. My personal goal is 15lbs though. I can only hope and keep my fingers crossed.

I am almost done Christmas shopping, I've found online shopping a lot less stressful, so I'd rather trade some stress for shipping costs anyday. Besides that little piece of candy I just snuck, I believe I will continue to be good. The holidays are coming, I want to show my extended family that I can kinda transform myself in the few weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I cannot wait to see the looks on their faces at Easter, when I'll hopefully be even thinner!! Yay!

Okay. I am feeling in a much better mood than I was a couple days. Baking, still. I wish it was my full time job.

You're doing great!!! One piece of candy is necessary sometimes. You can't deprive yourself of EVERYTHING. That sets you up for failure, and you're definitely not failing. And yeah, Jillian's soreness sneaks up on you!! Hopefully you feel better soon.

I've always had such a problem with food (which is why, I think we're all here), I'm really scared that if I have something like that, I won't be able to stop again. So, I just want to stay away from things that will throw me into a tailspin. Like candies and sweets. I have SUCH a sweet tooth. The most I'll allow myself is the taste of icing when I make it from scratch.

Candy candy candy!!! LOVE it in my mouth, HATE it on my butt!!! LOL If you can't resist it, get it out of the house - thats what I have to do!!! Great job with the exercise - keep it up!

Some one sent a fruit basket with candy in it! That's just evil. On the top there was bananas, kiwis, pears, apples, and it was all delicious...then the candy. and the box of chocolates. butttt there was white chocolate in there, which I can eat. So I had a small little one. Gah so good...

LOVED the Glee finale! Rachel did an amazing rendition of Rain On My Parade!...and the rest of the finale was great too! ;) also don't want to give anything anyway. have a great weekend!

I'm with you on the shipping costs. I try to buy as much as possible from Amazon so I don't have to pay for it. But, I start hyperventilating when I'm in a mall for more than 20 minutes so sometimes I just have to suck up the shipping. I figure it's also worth saving the time I'd spend driving and parking and calming myself from a panic attack. About the candy, I will sometimes have some dark chocolate but if I eat something sweet I just want more more more. Hope your knees feel better.
