Good morning to all my FS family. I hope today will be good for all. I did absolutely nothing last night except sit on my lazy backside watching TV and playing on my laptop. I am still tired but it will be ok. And i also want to say again to all of you....THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR ALL OF YOUR SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT....I love this place.

I am taking a break tonight, have been up to 12 unpacking and organizing. alot of progress has been made, but end up going to sleep at 1am getting up at 6:30AM for work

We often discount "relaxation" as part of the weight loss process. When we're always pushing ourselves we're probably producing more stress hormones that are detrimental to progress. Hats off to your lazy evening! And thank YOU for what you bring to this site.

Today has been a busy stressed day. In the process of closing out our fiscal year and then having to go to the DR for my annual...yuk!!! but anyway it will be 5pm soon and then i will have a great evening hopefully with someone special.
