@on2it I have never followed the calorie count as it wont work for me and my hypothyroidism as it would mess with my metabolism. And the low carb diet is only for a few weeks once every 6 months. I have a high protein and high fat diet with lots and lots of fruit and veg and don't have any refined white carbs such as bread, pasta, potatoes and white rice.
And as for exercise I do an hour a day of cardio and weights.
