Okay, yesterday was a bad day. I had the panic attack (my co-workers made me feel better, so thank goodness for them. I didn't over indulge, I under indulged, and only ate about 550 calories. I wasn't starving, but I guess stress will distract your hunger. I didn't even get to walk, so instead I did a 40 minute Jillian Michaels workout. I've never been one for exercise tapes (DVDs now, I would assume), but on my cable, I can get workouts OnDemand, so I did. She kicked my butt! But I woke up this morning and hit my goal of losing another 3 pounds, so I'm happy. I'm planning on eating most of my calories today. Because I can NOT get into that habit. I know better than that. When I was younger, I would do that, but now I know that's a one way ticket to an eating disorder, and I will not allow that to happen.

I bought yet another Christmas gift today, I do believe that I am on a roll. I'm so close to being finished, I can taste it.

I have a big cake coming up this weekend. My business partner's daughter is turning 4, and we are making a mad hatter cake. It's going to be three tiers, and be snow themed, since her daughter's actual birthday is Decemeber 22nd. This is our first attempt at something tall. We usually rock 2D or painted sheet cakes. When I figure out how to do it, I'll post some pictures of our past cakes. That'll be just for you LaLa.

She wants a vanilla cake with chocolate frosting. So once again, I will not be able to partake. I have a slight contact allergy to chocolate. So, I haven't eaten chocolate since I was about 6 years old. So, I'm going to have to be very careful this weekend with this cake. I've found, however, that most people like chocolate cake, that being 85% of our orders. I fear for my life each time.

Enough blabbing from me. I'm feeling pretty good today, probably because I lost again this week.

Aww...LOL...this is funny that people are starting to know me as someone who likes baking on this site. Probably not the best place to discuss that! Oh well. Can't wait to see it. That sucks about your allergy. Oh, and CONGRATS on hitting your goal!!!!!
