Finished a 40 hour fast at noon today. Had a big lunch and then went to the movies with my better half. I'm going to try to continue doing a one day fast every week along with a 20:4 (or 18:6) IF on the other 6 days. My annual physical comes up in about a month. I'm curious to see how my blood work comes out with this fasting plan. According to the science, my hormones, blood sugar, etc. should be normalized and my insulin resistance should be low. Only time will tell.
