Well, I decided to weigh daily and record the fluctuations as a learning tool and record of how my Alternate Day Fasting WOE manifests on the scale. I am not alarmed by the fluctuations, just curious to watch the patterns play out.

I need to let the excitement settle down and settle in to this as a normal routine for me.

Heya Little Lady. You are easing in to this. I like that. Take it slow and just allow IF to do its thing. When things start to progress and you are adjusted better, you will wonder why you have not done it your entire life.

BD, the Monday after I hit 215 I AM posting that body shot. Until then, it will just be these portraits because I don't own a full length mirror. That is how I stayed so thin in my mind all these years :D Knuckles, I am adjusting well to IF. It actually comes very easily to me. I feel I could go longer and I may do that starting on the new moon. Cat2, I was feeling so clever, you know with the infinite mes.
