Ok feeling a bit better. Still quite full but that's a bulk for ya I guess. Did legs and abs today. Squats. Romanian deadlifts. Calf raises. Weighted kickbacks. Weighted crunches. And resistance leg raises.
I have realized I don't really rest between sets nearly as much as others lol.
